Under this Settlement, Zones A and B are defined geographic location along the Gulf Coast. In general, Zone A includes certain beachfront areas in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle within at least 1/2 mile of the water. Zone B includes certain wetlands within at least 1 mile of the water.
